Courses
Throughout the year, Farfield Family Learning Centre runs a variety of courses for parents and carers, such as:
- Adult numeracy
- Adult Literacy
- First Aid
- Musical Minnies
Currently, we are able to offer the courses below:

Monday 1.00-3.00pm Numeracy basic skills level 1 and 2 |
Gain a recognised qualification in numeracy. Class is split into two sessions due to large number of applicants, you only need to attend one of the session times. |

Tuesday 1.00-3.00pm Numeracy basic skills level 1 and 2 |
Gain a recognised qualification. |
|
Wednesday 9am-10am Coffee morning.
11.00-11.40am- Musical Minnies
1.00-3.00pm Stay and Play
|
Coffee Morning – Children welcome if supervised. Adult and child menu available.This could be an ideal opportunity to meet other parents from Farfield Primary and Nursery.We also have regular drop-in sessions from Job Centre Plus during this time.
Children and parents love singing and dancing. A chance to meet the fun puppets, helps your child develop social and other basic skills.
Stay and Play, run by a qualified nursery nurse. An opportunity for children aged 0-5 to socialise, have fun and further develop their skills.
